Safari & Game Drives
Rates include two daily safari drives in open vehicles, led by guides who track the Big 5 within the unfenced Welgevonden Game Reserve. Guests also have access to walking tours on the reserve, with sightings of elephant, rhino, lion, buffalo, and leopard reported regularly. The lodge operates two game vehicles for a maximum of 10 guests, keeping group sizes small.

The outdoor swimming pool is salt-water and features a pool bar, sun loungers, and sun umbrellas, with a shallow end for cooling off. Just 80 yards from the stream-fed waterhole, the open lounge and viewing deck allows guests to watch wildlife arrive for a drink.
